We are thrilled to announce the details of Midnight Forever Festival! Join us for an unforgettable experience at Rideau Pines Farm located at 5714 Fourth Line Rd, North Gower, ON
Here's everything you need to know about the festival schedule:
Event Date: Friday, September 27th - 28th
Gate Opens: 11:00 AM
Gate Close: 12:00 AM (Midnight)
Wrap up date: Saturday, September 28th
Departure: Please plan to leave the festival grounds by 8:PM on Saturday

Rain or shine the show will continue. We are prepared for all weather conditions! Except for extreme weather conditions tickets will then be refunded. In the case that it does rain the show must go on and ensure that you are prepared for rainy conditions (Rain jackets, ponchos, extra clothes)
Don’t camp on the road
Camping on the road is not safe for the campers or any drivers using the road! We do not want anybody to get hurt or cause an accident. Please stay off the roads and set up camp within the designated camping area
Don’t leave waste
Always clean up after yourselves during and after the festival! There are designated trash cans and areas where you can throw out your trash. It is extremely important to us to keep the environment clean and not polluted! Let us respect the space we use and leave it as if we were not there in the first place!
Don’t start a fire
We kindly emphasize the importance of adhering to the strict "No Fire" policy at the festival grounds. The prohibition of fires is in place to prioritize the safety and well-being of all festival attendees, as well as to protect the surrounding environment and the region in which the festival is hosted. It is crucial that no fires are ignited under any circumstances.
Don’t bring radios or walkie-talkies
We kindly request that attendees refrain from bringing walkie talkies and radios to the festival grounds. These devices may interfere with the event's communication systems and create unnecessary disruptions. Our dedicated staff and security personnel are equipped to handle any communication needs and ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all festival-goers. By leaving walkie talkies and radios at home, you contribute to the overall harmony of the event and help us maintain an organized and secure environment. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy.
If any of the items listed below are found by security or staff, they will be confiscated.
Glass
For the safety of all festival attendees, we kindly request that you do not bring any glass items to the festival grounds. Glass can pose a significant risk and lead to accidents, injuries, and delays in the event.
Alcohol
Any alcohol not purchased at the festival found in searches will be confiscated and dumped.
Cannabis
At the festival, the possession and use of cannabis products are only permitted if they are legally obtained and properly sealed by the government. We strictly adhere to local laws and regulations regarding cannabis consumption. If you choose to bring cannabis to the festival, please ensure that it is in compliance with the applicable legal requirements and regulations. We encourage responsible and lawful behavior to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all attendees. Ensure that any cannabis products that are brought are sealed.
Illegal substances
It is of utmost importance to note that the possession, use, or distribution of illegal substances is strictly prohibited within the festival grounds. We prioritize creating a secure and enjoyable environment for everyone, and any involvement with illegal substances jeopardizes the harmony of the event.
Lasers
To ensure the safety and well-being of all festival attendees, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing lasers to the festival grounds. The use of lasers can present potential hazards and risks, including eye injuries or distractions that may compromise the overall experience for others.
Generators
Attendees are not permitted to bring their own generators to the festival grounds. The use of personal generators can pose safety risks and create noise disturbances that may disrupt the overall experience for others. Our festival is equipped with a reliable and efficient power supply system to ensure all necessary facilities and activities operate smoothly. Bringing personal generators can also lead to fuel and exhaust-related hazards, environmental concerns, and logistical challenges.
Fireworks or Flares
For the safety and well-being of all festival attendees, the use of fireworks and flares is strictly prohibited within the festival grounds. These pyrotechnic devices can pose significant risks, including fire hazards, injuries, and disturbances to both individuals and the surrounding environment. We prioritize creating a secure and controlled atmosphere where everyone can enjoy the festival without unnecessary risks or disruptions.
Fuel
All types of liquid fuel in open-nozzle containers are banned, including white gas, kerosene, gasoline in jerry cans, and any other forms of combustible liquid fuel. ONLY propane (and/or) butane gas cylinders/Canisters are permitted
Propane or butane cook stoves are permitted. Do not leave camp stoves unattended. Gas-powered fire pits, barbecues, and anything else with an open flame are banned and will be confiscated.
Weapons
For the safety and security of all festival attendees, it is strictly forbidden to bring any weapons onto the festival grounds. This includes but is not limited to firearms, knives, explosives, or any other item intended for harm or causing injury. Our top priority is to create a safe and welcoming environment for everyone to enjoy the festival experience without fear or threat. Security measures will be in place to enforce this policy and ensure the well-being of all participants.
Speakers and sound systems
We welcome festival attendees to bring their personal speakers and sound systems; however, we kindly request that you adhere to a few guidelines. Please be mindful of the volume levels and respect the comfort and enjoyment of those around you. Excessive noise can disrupt the overall festival experience for others and may result in complaints or intervention from event staff. Let's come together and share our love for music while being considerate of others' enjoyment.
Animals (service animals must be registered at the gate)
With the exception of certified service animals that have been properly checked in at the gate, we kindly request that attendees refrain from bringing any other animals to the festival grounds. While we understand the love and companionship animals can bring, it is essential to prioritize the safety, comfort, and well-being of all festival-goers. The festival environment may not be suitable for non-service animals due to large crowds, loud noises, and potential stress or harm they may experience. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy.
Drones and other magical flying device
To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all festival attendees, the use of drones and other magical flying devices is strictly prohibited within the festival grounds. This policy is in place to prevent potential accidents, disruptions, and conflicts with airspace regulations. Drones and magical flying devices can pose significant safety risks, interfere with performances, and compromise the overall festival experience for others. It will be confiscated by security if found.
Motorized vehicles.
We have implemented a motorized vehicle ban at the festival grounds, which includes minibikes, golf carts, ATVs, dirt bikes, and any other motorized items. This policy aims to prioritize the safety of all attendees and maintain a pedestrian-friendly environment.
Body glitter / feathers that may fall on the ground (please stick to natural feathers and biodegradable glitter)
Body glitter or feather scarves that may fall on the ground: To maintain the cleanliness of the festival grounds and minimize environmental impact, please avoid using body glitter or feathers that have the potential to shed or litter the area. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this guideline and helping us maintain a sustainable and enjoyable festival experience for all attendees.
Offensive Totems & Flags
We ask that you do not bring any totems that contain messages of discrimination, or material that is directly offensive to other festival goers.
If you are found with an offensive totem, security reserves the right to remove it, and you will be asked to leave.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or possession of any item not explicitly mentioned in the provided list. This policy allows us to maintain the safety, security, and overall integrity of the festival grounds. While we strive to provide a comprehensive list of items that are prohibited or restricted, unforeseen circumstances may arise, necessitating the exercise of discretion by festival staff. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in complying with any additional regulations or restrictions communicated by festival personnel. Our goal is to ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for all attendees. Thank you for your cooperation and support.
All attendees must have valid government issued photo ID to enter. 19 is the age of majority in Ontario, Canada. Regardless of the laws in your home province or state, you must be at least 19 years of age to attend this event. NO EXCEPTIONS. If your 19th birthday occurs during the Festival you may arrive on the day of your birthday.

If you haven't received your tickets, please contact us by sending an email to info.mynpartnership@gmail.com. Make sure to include your order number in the email, and our team will assist you further.
Ticket Transfers:
To transfer your ticket to someone else, you can simply give your ticket to your friend or send them a screenshot of your QR code. Please note that ticket transfers are allowed, but we are not responsible for any issues or complications that may arise during the transfer process.
Ticket Refunds:
We do not offer refunds for tickets, however, when purchasing a ticket, attendees can select to add ticket insurance to their order. Tickets with insurance can be refunded directly through your events.com account.

Campsite Assignments
Camp sites are measured as a 10x10ft plot. The plots will be clearly marked on the ground for your convenience.
These plots are non reservable and selection of site is done in a first come first serve basis.
Can I fit as many people as I want as long as it fits within the space? :
Camp sites are limited to a maximum of 5 campers.
Vehicle and Trailer Restrictions:
Car camping is not available. The parking and campgrounds are in separate areas of the festival grounds.
Please note that only tents and vehicles are allowed at the festival grounds. RVs and trailers are not permitted.
On-Site Services:
Designated areas will have toilets and free drinking water. Shower’s will be available on site as well. There is no access to power at the festival site.
Noise restrictions:
We WILL be enforcing quiet hours in the campgrounds from 8pm till 10am the following morning.
Midnight Forever Festival is not responsible for any lost, misplaced, or stolen items. It is your responsibility to keep your belongings safe and secure throughout the event. If anything is lost or misplaced you can approach one of the main stage gate staff.
On the festival grounds, you will find various vendors offering merchandise, rave accessories, food, as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, among other offerings.

Arrival Preparation:
Please be prepared for variable wait times to enter the festival grounds. Wait times can range from a few minutes to longer periods.
Security Check:
Every vehicle entering the festival site is subject to a thorough security check. Please review our Banned Items list to ensure compliance.
Parking and Carpooling:
Parking and camping spaces are limited, so we encourage you to plan ahead with your friends and carpool whenever possible.
We will be offering a Shuttle Service.

Hydration and Nourishment:
Reusable water bottle or hydration pack
Plenty of water (at least 2L per person per day)
Snacks (for energy throughout the day)
Portable cooler with ice packs (to keep food and beverages cool)
Spray bottle (to mist yourself and others for refreshing moments)
Nutritious and substantial meals for the duration of the festival
Sun Protection:
Sunscreen (with a high SPF)
Hat (to protect your face and head from the sun)
Sunglasses (to shield your eyes from UV rays)
Comfort and Essentials:
Comfortable walking shoes (to navigate the uneven and rugged terrain)
Flashlight or headlamp (for navigating areas with limited lighting)
Camping gear (tent, sleeping bag, camping chairs, tarp, shade structure, etc.)
Bandana (to protect your face from dust)
Extra clothes for day and night temperatures
Earplugs (to block out excessive noise and ensure restful sleep)
Portable phone charger or power bank
Personal toiletries and medications
Cash and identification cards
Miscellaneous:
Fun and festive outfits for the theme or to express your unique style
Costumes or accessories for special events or contests

Harm reduction:
At Midnight Forever Festival, our commitment to safety extends to the well-being of our attendees. While we strictly adhere to Canadian law, which prohibits drug use at our event, we acknowledge the reality that some individuals may still choose to engage in such activities despite the associated risks.
In light of this, our festival takes a proactive stance on harm reduction. We believe in empowering our community to prioritize their health and safety by providing tools, information, and support. Through ongoing education and open communication, we aim to foster a culture of safer partying and encourage responsible decision-making.
It is our collective responsibility to look out for one another, and we encourage everyone to take advantage of the harm reduction resources available throughout the festival. By working together, we can promote a safer and more enjoyable experience for all attendees at Midnight Forever Festival.
Midnight Forever Festival takes the health and wellbeing of our attendees very seriously. We try to continuously raise the bar and learn from past events on how to provide the safest possible environment for our guests.
There will be one First Aid tent located next to the Main Stage. We strongly advise that attendees bring a personal first aid kit with them.
Confiscated Items:
While we understand that certain items may hold sentimental or personal value to you, we must inform you that if any non-alcohol, non-drug, or non-paraphernalia items are confiscated, we will make every effort to return them to you after the show. However, it is important to note that there
is no guarantee that you will retrieve your confiscated items. Midnight Forever Festival cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged items.
To ensure the safety of your belongings and minimize the risk of loss or damage, we strongly encourage you to refrain from bringing these items with you in the first place.
